Case Study: The Golspie Dairy

The Golspie Dairy has been owned by the same family for 144 years and produces artisanal British-style cheese in Woodstock, Ontario, in an on-farm processing plant. 

The Dairy also offers farm-fresh, non-homogenized milk from a vending machine in reusable glass bottles. 

Our work:

  • We started the journey with a brand identity and value workshop, the “5 Senses Exercise”.
  • We defined “what are you really selling” as well the Vision and Mission of the brand, the why and how.
  • We then designed a new logo and created a brand guide for the application of the new identity to buildings, packaging and apparel. 
  • We designed a beautiful reusable glass bottle and a range of cheese packaging.
